Euro Lamban Menjelang Lelang Obligasi Perancis

Daily Report: Euro Remains Soft ahead of French Bond Auction


Euro tetap kalem setelah jatuh kemarin. EUR/USD tertekan hingga 1.29. EUR/JPY jatuh dibawah 100 sementara EUR/AUD berada di sekitar titik low. Fokus pasar adalah lelang obligasi Perancis hari ini. Rencananya, Perancis akan menjual obligasi hingga 8 Milyar EURO, yang akan jatuh tempo di tahun 2021, 2023, 2035 dan 2041.  
Pasar juga menanti aksi lembaga rating investasu S&P yang sedang mengkaji 15 negara di zona Eropa pada bulan Desember lalu. Lembaga Fitch sudah lebih dulu memotong peringkat Perancis. Kondisi ini akan memicu jatuhnya Euro lebih dalam.

Daily Pivots: (S1) 1.2871; (P) 1.2971 (R1) 1.3046; More.

The break of 1.2917 minor support suggests that recovery from 1.2857 has completed at 1.3076. Intraday bias is back on the downside. Break of 1.2857 will confirm resumption of fall from 1.4246 and should target 100% projection of 1.4939 to 1.3145 from 1.4246 at 1.2452 next. On the upside, above 1.3076 will bring another recovery but upside is expected to be limited by 1.3197 resistance, which is close to 50% retracement of 1.3538 to 1.2857, and bring fall resumption.
